Things are going just
ginger peachy here at the ole ranch. I'm still chasing squirrels. I had my
choice of four to chase at one time this winter, but then some wild drivers
on Lakeshore Drive cut down the population. A new facet of my life has been
going fishing. My old man frustrates me when he goes across the road to fish
wearing waders, and leaves me at home. But then there are those times when I
get to go along. I really get excited. However, after a while it
 gets a little boring. Maybe
if he caught more fish I would get more excited.
The first time we went
out in the boat, I tried to just step out onto the surface of the water. It
didn't work. I came up sputtering.
Actually my master does catch lots of fish in the lake, but I just can't
get excited about fishing. |

| It's really
disgusting. I'm getting to be a good dog - learning to mind, and to
stay off the road, etc. Talk about boring...I'm just a grown up three
year old now. |
