Bristol Calendars

These calendars undoubtedly represent the finest fishing advertising art ever produced in the United States. Horton recognized the value of these beautiful images and reproduced them in several formats other than the calendars. Several of these were also offered as "art prints" without the advertising and calendar pages. They were also used as catalog covers, and even postcards used to introduce salesmen. Some of these images are still relatively common and come up at sporting or internet auctions. However, the prices are usually fairly high.

Notes

I would like to purchase tops or completed calendars. I also need pads or copies of pages from the 1909 and 1918 calendars.
