Cigar Boxes

There are lots of people who collect cigar box labels. They have wonderful graphic labels. However they scare me a bit due to the proliferation of fake paper goods. Therefore, I have some ratty looking cigar boxes, but I know they are real.

cigar_5.jpg (20727 bytes) Speckled Trout. A great old fishing scene with wonderful graphics
cigar_6.jpg (21145 bytes) Speckled Trout 2. Nice brook trout, but I'm not sure what the peacock is doing there.
cigar_1.jpg (18604 bytes) Fisherman's Favorite. "The Muskie". I'm not sure if these cigars came in different species.
cigar_3.jpg (20779 bytes) Good Catch. This label has a smallmouth bass on it, along with some wonderful scenes.
cigar_4.jpg (16721 bytes) Speckled Sports. This litho is Black & White, and has a "holiday greetings" label on the box.
cigar_7.jpg (23338 bytes) Tamrick Rarebits. This one has both fishing and hunting scenes on it.

Notes

It sure is hard to find decent condition cigar boxes. Too many people just filled them with nuts and bolts, never thinking that some day someone would want to collect them.
